Education & Recreation
Through the Building the Education Revolution (BER) program, Ahrens was awarded work to deliver more than 20 school projects. These projects consisted mainly of Covered Outdoor Learning Areas and Multi-Purpose Halls, as well as specialised learning centres and recreational buildings.

Tanunda Lutheran School
Ahrens was engaged to undertake the Design & Construction of a Multi-Purpose Hall for Tanunda Lutheran School. The design was a joint venture between Ahrens and JGB Architects. The facility includes an undercover basketball court and large interior hall which is suitable for sports, performances, presentations and assemblies.

Faith Lutheran
Ahrens designed and constructed a Wine Education Centre for Faith Lutheran Secondary School. The project involved a new wine education centre, barrel store and classrooms. Ahrens also constructed a storage facility for school equipment.
